How do I recall a message sent?

I just sent a message on Windows Live Mail. How do I recall it? Under the Actions tab, there is no Recall option. Please help... It's urgent.

There is no recall option. And even if there was, this typically won't stop the
message as it is sent immediately to the receiver's server. And then, the client
software on their end would need to respect the recall, though the recipient
would still have the message.
