Today, around midday, my sent folder indicated that I sent the following message to all of my contact in Hotmail address book and other contact in my MSN:

Motorcycle,phones,mp4,and so on) all have low price and high quality

The problem is that I didn't do it, and there was no one that I know of could get access to my account. I haven't recently joined any company membership and certainly have not heard of the website, e-mails nor MSN account mentioned above before!
Can someone please tell me what happened to my account, if there's anyway at all to fix this, if it's a virus that my anti-virus program could not detect, or if there's anything I could do to prevent this from happening again?
