I have my custom domain account @sysadmin.it, and I would upgrade it to
Windows Live Hotmail Plus. Is it possibile?

You would need to use the Outlook Connector -
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=7AAD7E6A-931E-438A-950C-5E9EA66322D4&displaylang=en
Then make the Hotmail account the default account and delivery location for mail
in Outlook.
Then set up ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center to sync with Outlook.

Ok I installed Outlook Connector, but I receive this error:

oh no... this is very bad news... :-(
But in the future Microsoft will enable live hotmail plus feature to
sync calendar???

My apologies. I didn't realize that this wasn't possible for Plus users - the
calendar sync, that is.

I just noticed this on the Hotmail help site:
"To access your Windows Live Hotmail calendar with Outlook, you must
*purchase and install Microsoft Office Live or* upgrade to an MSN
Premium account."

Since it says 'purchase', it might not work with a free Office Live
account, but worth trying...

Unfortunately, that would mean that it is not available for the country you are
located in. MSN services vary by region.

I think you already know this, but until it is made available for free to all
users of the service, you can't.
