LIVE ID problem?

All of a sudden I couldn't sign into Live Mail, Messenger, or any MSN service that requires signing in. I have to create a new ID to ask the question here. Anyone having same problem lately? This is the 4th days I am having this problem....

For some reason my msn says my contact list isn't available and it's been saying it for about a month now but i can sign in on ebuddy and windows messenger but not on windows live. :( :( Heelp anyone?
