windows live e-mail to POP3

I was using outlook express for my e-mail, and I am very unhappy when they moved me to "Windows live"mail. I want to use POP3, so that I can use Microsoft Outlook from my e-mail. How do I do it

You need to upgrade to a Windows Live Hotmail Plus! account.
